"Being that I am a graduate of the Two-year Advanced Teacher Training Program of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco, I believe that I can express a valid opinion . . . .

In my eyes, the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco is a place of vast knowledge. And the Advance Teacher training program consists of pranayama, anatomy, physiology, philosophy, apprenticeships, teaching skills, personal yoga practice skills, and a wonderful community of highly skilled advanced senior iyengar yoga teachers.





Senior, Iyengar Yoga teacher, Ben Thomas, will teach you "by example." Ben Thomas is a true reflection of compassion. He possess a wonderful chanting voice. He possess a wide range of Iyengar Yoga & Astanga Yoga knowledge. He has taught under the guidance of B.K.S. Iyengar for over 20 years. He is a definite treat to your yoga experience. From a playboy bunny to a Senior Iyengar Yoga teacher (in one life time), Jaki Nett wil give it to you "straight from the horses mouth." She has a vast knowledge of how the human body moves. And, she can relate to every individual. She'll not only teach yoga teachers "how to sequence a class" ..but, "how to teach a class."
