Day 3 Recaptured - King City to Pasa Robles - Stats
Pasa Robles has many vinyards ...
Wine country = "HOT WEATHER!"
However, there are a few sights to be seen. Each year, as a ride through the Articoke Fields, I wonder: "when will I stop and take a picture?".
In one particular agricultural area there are cut out billboard human figures (approximately 30 ft tall) gardening in the articoke fields. It's like the "Land of the Giants."
On hot weather days, a bike tech would enjoy a Chocolate Milkshake.
Therefore, after my shower. I resumed my 10 year tradition ( 7 ride tradition) of being the "bike tech bitch." As the "bike tech bitch," I am obligated to see that the bike techs are "happy." Therefore, I ran over to Carl's Jr., picked up chocolate shakes, and delivered them to our volunteer Bike Techs (gratis).
